Christmas & Holiday Delivery:
Our last orders to arrive before Christmas will be sent out on the 20th December, so please be sure to place your order before midday on the same day if your items are intended for Christmas or the holidays. Anything received after then will be sent out when we re-open in January 2020.
We will be closed for the holiday season after the 20th December as well so an queries will no be picked up or responded to after that date.
Our goal is to ship within 2 business days of order receipt. Estimated time of delivery is based upon carrier chosen at checkout. If goods arrived damaged please email your order number and a picture to KatieC@houseofmarbles.com, and you may choose to either have the item replaced (based on stock) with the same item or an equally priced item, or you may choose to have a refund issued. If goods do not arrive please contact the above listed email, and an investigation will be opened. Please note it may take up to 10 business days to complete said investigation. All goods are FOB New Jersey.
All goods are to be inspected and claims made within 5 days of receipt. House of Marbles will replace at our expense any incorrectly shipped or damaged items to the best of our ability. If a replacement or an agreeable substitution cannot be sent a refund will be issued. Goods which were shipped accurately to the customer may be returned provided the claim is made within 5 days of receipt and the goods are received by House of Marbles in sellable condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs for accurately shipped items. Please note that refunds to credit cards will be processed promptly by House of Marbles, however please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the credit to your account.
